Blake Sasnett has a varied work experience with a focus on sales development and business development. In 2013, they worked as a Corporate Sales Training Manager at Echo Global Logistics. From 2015 to 2018, they held the position of Senior Manager in North America Mid-Market Sales Development at Marketo, an Adobe Company. Following that, from 2018 to 2019, they worked as the Director of Global Sales Development at MINDBODY, Inc. Blake then transitioned to Google, where they served as Head of North America Sales Development for Looker. In 2021, they became the Senior Director of Business Development at Kustomer, which was later acquired by META. This was followed by a sabbatical in 2022 to complete a Yoga Teacher Training Course. Most recently, they have held the role of Regional Vice President of Sales Development (Americas) at Diligent. Currently, they are employed as the Vice President of Demand Generation at Skai.

Blake Sasnett attended the University of West Florida from 2003 to 2005, where they studied Business Administration and Management. In 2015, they obtained a CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+) degree from the Advanced Technology Group in the field of Information Technology. Additionally, Blake has acquired various certifications in fields such as data science, yoga teaching, sales training, and human resources through institutions like LinkedIn, Yoga Alliance, JB Sales Training, and Lynda.com.
