Jérémy Le Doze has been working in the field of Cybersecurity since 2018. Jérémy began their career in 2014 as an Apprentice Method Engineer at SNCF, where they were responsible for improving production processes and tools for workers. In 2016, they completed a two-month research study assistant internship at Colorado State University EUV-ERC Laboratory, where they assisted distinguished professors and learned skills such as computer conception, production process creation, and manufacturing of brass, copper and aluminum. In 2014, they also held a temporary job at Naval Group in the technical documentation support area. Since 2018, they have been a Cyber Security Engineer at the Ministère des Armées, and they are currently a Cybersecurity Engineer - GRC at Skaleet (ex: TagPay) since 2021.

Jérémy Le Doze obtained their French Baccalaureate degree from Lycée St Joseph Lasalle Lorient in 2009-2012. Jérémy then attended Lycée Saint Joseph Lorient for undergraduate courses in the field of Scientific from 2012-2014. Jérémy completed their Centralien Engineer degree from Ecole Centrale de Marseille in 2014-2017, specializing in Generalist. In 2017-2018, they obtained their Mastère Spécialisé in Cybersecurity & Cyberdefense from Télécom Paris. Additionally, they obtained their Explorez vos données avec des algorithmes non supervisés certification from OpenClassrooms in June 2020.
