Matthew Hardison is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project controls and account management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Project Controls Manager at Skanska, Matthew has previously held roles including Customer Success Account Executive at Tenna, and Account Manager at Riskcast Solutions. With a strong foundation in budgeting, cost analysis, and document control, Matthew has successfully managed major projects, including a $250 million highway project and a $1 billion underground rail project.
