Dan Shanahan

Dan Shanahan, MBA, currently serves as Project Manager at Toll Brothers, managing the design and construction of a 1200-unit master planned community in Montebello, CA, while overseeing budgets and project schedules. Previously, Dan held positions at Ten-X as Director of Account Management, overseeing significant real estate transactions, and at Opus Bank, where responsibilities included property analysis to manage lending risk. Earlier experience at Chase Bank and Ticor Title focused on client management and innovative marketing strategies. Dan earned an MBA from the University of California, Irvine, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Vanguard University of Southern California.
