Phil Cash

Phil Cash has over 17 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as the Head of Procurement and Supply Chain for Infrastructure at Skanska since October 2006. In this role, Phil Cash leads the Civils Procurement Function and is a member of the Procurement Leadership team within Skanska UK. Prior to this, Phil Cash held the position of Procurement Manager at Birse Civils Ltd from 2004 to 2006 and began a career in procurement as a Buyer. Phil Cash holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Studies from the University of Northampton, earned from 1990 to 1994, and attended Sir John Deanes College Northwich from 1988 to 1990.
