Charles Tenot

Charles Tenot has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Charles is currently serving as Interim COO at lempire since March 2023. Prior to this, they were a Founding Member at Business Operations Network, a private network for Business Operations professionals, from January 2020. Additionally, Charles worked as an Impact Investor at Various Startups since January 2022.

Charles has also held leadership roles such as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Skello from May 2021 to January 2023, Chief Business Officer and Board Observer at AssoConnect from April 2020 to May 2021, and CFO and VP Business Operations (Board Member), and later as Vice President, Finance and Operations at Botify from September 2016 to December 2019.

Before transitioning into leadership roles, Charles worked as a Global Operations & Strategy Manager at Allianz Worldwide Partners from December 2014 to September 2016. Charles also gained experience at Ernst & Young, where they served as Manager Transaction Services from January 2012 to December 2014 and as a Senior Financial Auditor from September 2009 to June 2012.

Furthermore, Charles provided Revenue Advisory and Sales coaching as a Consultant at Spendesk from January to March 2020. Overall, Charles Tenot has a strong background in Business Operations, Finance, and Strategy across various organizations.

Charles Tenot obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, General from ESSCA from 2005 to 2010. Prior to that, they received their Baccalauréat Scientifique from Lycée Louis Pasteur in 2005. Charles also holds a certification as a Ranger from Trailhead by Salesforce. In 2023, they obtained a certification as a Revenue Architect from Winning by Design.
