Jeung Huh

Jeung Huh has been working as the Director of Business Development for SFTron since 2022. Prior to this, they were employed at Samsung SDS from 2004 to 2017, where they held the role of Project Manager. Their duties included managing AICC transactions, conducting RFI, RFP and ROI analysis, developing AI projects such as STT, TTS, TA and NLU, and managing AICC implementations and customer support. Jeung was also responsible for RFP writing, proposal analysis, and managing customer relationships. Additionally, they were the Project Leader for SDS AI Platform - Voicebot, where they implemented AI-IVR to reduce call time by 50%, and developed NLU for 30 services with voice recognition and text-to-speech. Jeung also developed a self-service system for non-callable transactions, and improved the voice recognition rate from 5% to 100% using speech-to-text. Finally, they were the Project Leader for SDS Voice Platform, where they used STT to develop a customer assistant, TA, QA and Chatbot.

Jeung Huh attended Hanyang University from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
