Kyle Stach

Kyle Stach has a diverse work experience in the construction and real estate industry. Kyle started their career as a Construction Laborer at Aaron Gillison Custom Construction in 2009. In 2010, they worked as a CAD Intern and Office Assistant at Industrial Surfacing Corporation. In 2012, they interned as an Assistant Project Manager at Ameriscan Designs Inc. From 2013 to 2017, they served as the Estimating Manager at Homeway Homes. Following that, they worked as an Estimator at Leopardo Companies from 2017 to 2020. Kyle then joined Morgan / Harbour Construction LLC as an Estimator from 2020 to 2023. In 2022, they also worked as a Real Estate Broker at Coldwell Banker. Currently, they are an Assistant Project Manager at Skender, starting from April 2023.

Kyle Stach received their Associate's Degree in Engineering Science and Technologies with a focus on Construction Design and Management from Parkland College in 2010. Later, they attended Bradley University from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Construction (B.S.C) with a specialization in Construction Management.
