Owen Biancardi

Owen Biancardi has a diverse range of work experience in the construction industry. Owen began their career as an Ace Certified Hardware Specialist at Sety's Ace Hardware from 2005 to 2010. Following that, they worked as a Project Engineering Intern at Andersen Construction from March 2013 to August 2013. Afterward, they joined Bulley & Andrews, where they served as a Project Engineer in Corporate, Commercial, and Restoration projects from September 2013 to June 2016 and later as an Assistant Project Manager in the same field from June 2016 to October 2016. Subsequently, they joined Medline Industries, Inc. as a Project Manager - Construction from October 2016 to March 2018, where they were responsible for managing construction projects nationwide.

In 2018, Owen joined ARCO/Murray National Construction Company, Inc. as a Project Manager. During their time there, they specialized in providing design-build services for tenant improvement, interior buildout, and adaptive reuse projects in the Greater Chicago area. In this role, they excelled at developing preliminary designs and budgets based on clients' needs and ensuring a positive construction experience for all parties involved.

Most recently, Owen is working as a Project Manager at Skender since December 2021. In this role, they specialize in corporate interiors throughout the Greater Chicago area. Owen is responsible for developing preliminary budgets based on clients' needs and managing projects to ensure a successful and enjoyable construction process.

Throughout their career, Owen Biancardi has consistently demonstrated their expertise in project management and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders to achieve successful construction outcomes.

Owen Biancardi pursued their education at the University of Washington from 2008 to 2013. There, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, specializing in the field of Construction Management. In 2018, they also obtained a certification in OSHA 10 from the University of Washington.
