Randall Dziak

Randall Dziak started their work experience in 2015 as a Civil Engineering Intern at The VERTEX Companies, Inc. From November 2015 to June 2017, they worked as a Customer Service Assistant at UIUC Campus Recreation. In April 2016, they interned as an Engineering Intern at The Walsh Group - Walsh Construction & Archer Western. In May 2017, they joined Lendlease as an Assistant Project Manager and also worked as a Project Engineer from June 2017 to May 2019. Randall then continued their role as an Assistant Project Manager at Lendlease until January 2023. Starting from March 2023, they are currently an Assistant Project Manager at Skender.

Randall Dziak began their education journey in 2009 at Willowbrook High School, where they successfully graduated with a High School/Secondary Diploma and Certificate in 2013. Randall then enrolled at the College of DuPage from 2013 to 2015, earning an Associate's degree in Engineering Sciences. Building on their academic achievements, they pursued higher education at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2015 to 2017. During this time, they obtained their Bachelor's degree with a major in Civil Engineering, focusing on Construction Management as their primary field of study.

Additionally, Randall Dziak has acquired several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In July 2018, they earned the OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety and Health certification from the US Department of Labor OSHA. Furthermore, in March 2023, they completed two Procore certifications, namely the Procore Certified: Project Manager (Core Tools) and Procore Certified: Project Manager at GC (Financial Management), both granted by Procore Technologies.
