Ritika Khanna

Ritika Khanna has over 10 years of work experience in the Human Resources field. Ritika began their career in 2010 as a Human Resources Executive at Kapsons Fashion Pvt. Ltd. In 2012, they moved to Gratis InfoTech Pvt. Ltd. as a Human Resources Executive. In 2013, they took on the role of Recruitment Lead at IBM Global Process Services. In 2014, they became a Human Resources Operations Specialist at FIS. From 2015 to 2018, they were the Head of Human Resources at Steg Technologies. In 2018, they transitioned to eClerx as a Human Resources Business Partner. Currently, they are the Head of HR at Skeps.

Ritika Khanna completed their MBA in HR and Marketing from Amity Global Business School in 2010. From 2005 to 2008, they attended GGDSD College and obtained a Graduate degree in Commerce under C.B.S.E and a S.D School in Commerce under C.B.S.E. From 2003 to 2005, they attended S.D Public School and obtained a Senior Secondary degree in Business/Commerce, General. Finally, they obtained their Secondary degree from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan, Chandigarh.
