Charles Sparrow

Charles Sparrow serves as the Group CFO at Skerritt Consultants Ltd since March 2021, overseeing financial, tax, legal, and M&A functions following an investment by Sovereign Capital Partners. Prior to this, Charles was the Founder and CFO of Seven Investment Management, where significant growth was achieved, scaling the organization from seven employees to over 300 and managing £15 billion in assets under management. Earlier experience includes serving as Global Head of Finance for Equity Markets at ING, managing financial control across multiple global teams, and acting as a Senior Manager at Coopers & Lybrand Deloitte, focusing on audit and consultancy in the banking sector. Charles holds an FCA designation from ICAEW and a Master of Arts in Mathematics from Christ Church, Oxford.
