Joseph Roberts has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Joseph started their career at North Georgia Technical College as a Distance Learning Center Facilitator and Helpdesk Support Technician, where they provided technical support and training to students and staff.

Following this, Joseph joined Atlanta Based Systems as a Quality Assurance Coordinator, Account Manager, and Support Technician. Joseph played a key role in reducing system bugs and providing exceptional customer support.

Joseph then worked at CloudAccess.net as a Project Manager, overseeing web development projects and advocating for various templates and extensions.

Afterwards, Joseph worked at ViewTech Borescopes as an IT Manager and Marketing Associate. Joseph managed IT issues and reduced unnecessary spending by 20% through efficient software utilization.

Joseph also has experience as a freelance web developer specializing in WordPress websites. Joseph collaborated with local companies and clients, providing personalized web development services.

Additionally, they joined freeCodeCamp in the same year to further their knowledge in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design. Joseph has also obtained several certifications to expand their expertise. In 2021, they obtained a certification in Responsive Web Design from freeCodeCamp. In 2022, they acquired certifications in "How to Speed Up Your WordPress Website" and "The Basics of Maintaining Client Sites at Scale" from Kinsta®. Furthermore, in 2023, Joseph obtained certifications in "Career Essentials in Software Development" from Microsoft and LinkedIn, as well as "Programming Foundations: Beyond the Fundamentals" and "Programming Foundations: Fundamentals" from LinkedIn.
