Balázs Bessenyei

Balázs Bessenyei has extensive work experience in software development and engineering. Balázs is currently employed as a Lead Developer at Sonrisa International Inc. since 2018. Prior to this, they worked at EPAM Systems, where they held various roles, including Solution Architect from December 2017 to March 2018, Lead Software Engineer from August 2016 to March 2018, and Lead Java Software Engineer from November 2016 to December 2017.

Before joining EPAM Systems, Balázs worked at Siemens PSE as a Software Engineer from September 2005 to June 2008. Balázs was responsible for the development and support of internal Protocol Mediation and Routing application.

Throughout their career, Balázs has gained experience in developing and maintaining a range of software applications, including payment admin tools, a wealth management solution, an operational cash and liquidity ladder tool, and an online hotel reservation platform. Balázs has also shown expertise in various programming languages, such as Java.

Balázs Bessenyei attended the University of Szeged from 2001 to 2006, where they pursued a five-year degree in Economist Programming Mathematics. Alongside their studies at the University of Szeged, they also enrolled in the Corvinus University of Budapest from 2004 to 2005, focusing on the same field of study. In April 2009, Balázs obtained the Sun Certified Java Programmer (SCJP) SE 6 certification from Sun Microsystems.
