Josh Nisenson has over 20 years of work experience in the technology industry. Josh began their career in 1997 as Manager of System Integration Test at Ericsson. In 2000, they became Manager of Software Quality Assurance at Nortel Networks, where they tested the proprietary Shasta firewall and antispoofing with port scanning tools, traffic generators, firewall attack tools and sniffers. In 2003, they joined Occam Networks as Senior Automation/QA Engineer and built a complete automation test framework system from the ground up. In 2011, they moved to Mu Dynamics as Principal Test Automation Software Engineer. From 2012 to 2013, they were Senior Engineering Manager at Spirent Communications. In 2013, they became Technical Engineering Manager at BrightRoll, and in 2015 they were Dir, Software Dev Eng at Yahoo. In 2018, they were appointed Senior Vice President Of Engineering at VideoAmp, and in 2021 they became Chief Technology Officer at Sketchy and Member of the LA CTO Forum.

Josh Nisenson attended UC Santa Barbara from 1993 to 1998, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science.
