Alex Russell-Rutherford

Alex Russell-Rutherford, CCXP, has extensive experience in customer experience consultancy and management, currently serving as a Senior CX Consultant at Skewb Ltd since April 2022. Alex chairs the CXPA UK Leadership Council, a position held since January 2022. Previous roles include Customer Experience & CMEX Manager at NWG, Mentor and Communications Manager at B4L, and Customer Experience Manager at Wessex Water. Alex also held positions at Thames Water and Southern Water, focusing on customer change and continuous improvement. Early career experience includes management roles in the hospitality sector.
