Ajit Singh has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Ajit started their career as a Management Trainee in HINDUSTAN MOTORS LTD, where they gained technical knowledge and handled dealership operations. Ajit then moved on to Knorr-Bremse as a Regional Manager, where they achieved monthly sales targets in the north zone. Ajit then joined Cummins Inc., where they held roles as Senior Manager Sales and Executive Manager- Key Accounts, Off-highway sales. In these roles, they managed major OEM customers, executed sales plans, and controlled account receivables. Currently, Ajit is working as the Head Inside Sales at SKF Group.

Ajit Singh's education history includes a Higher secondary degree in Science from Pitts Modern School in India, which they completed between 1991 and 2003. Ajit went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nagpur University, attending from 2003 to 2007. In 2009, Ajit pursued a PGDBM in IT & Marketing from the Balaji Institute of Modern Management, which they completed in 2011. Finally, in 2017 and 2018, they pursued a Master's degree in Leadership and Change Management from XLRI Jamshedpur.
