Cecilia Azavedo

Cecilia Azavedo is currently serving as the Vice President and Head of Human Resources for SKF ISEA Operations since October 2023. In addition to this role, Cecilia is a Council Member at Maharashtra WICCI Coaching Council since January 2021. Prior to joining SKF Group, Cecilia was the Global Head of HR Business Partners at Biocon Biologics from January 2021 to October 2023 and held the position of Head of Human Resources at Janssen India within Johnson & Johnson from November 2016 to December 2020. Earlier in the career, Cecilia worked as the Head of Human Resources for India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka at A.P. Moller - Maersk from January 2015 to August 2016. Cecilia holds an MBA in Human Resources from the Goa Institute of Management and has an educational background from Presidency College in Kolkata.
