Dr. Joanna Urbanek

Dr. Joanna Urbanek has more than 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Currently, they are the Head of Business Lines at SKF Group since 2022. Prior to that, they were the Managing Owner of Joanna Urbanek HOMES starting in 2021. From 2017 to 2021, Dr. Urbanek worked at Robert Bosch, where they held several positions including Project Director Automotive Steering, Director Cost Management and Pricing, and Proud Mama, Second Child. Before that, they were the Director Corporate Purchasing Automotive Asia at Bosch China from 2014 to 2017. Earlier in their career, they worked at Bosch, Sapienza Università di Roma, WABCO, and Kronospan in various roles.

Dr. Joanna Urbanek received their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business in 2006. In 2005, they participated in the PhD Socrates Programme at Dipartimento di management - Università La Sapienza di Roma. Dr. Joanna also holds additional certifications, including WOL #FrauenStärken from Working Out Loud, Coaching Practices for Leaders from Lee Hecht Harrison, Guest Professor E MBA Program from Tonji University Shanghai, NLP Trainer from Deutscher Verband für Neuro-Linguistisches Programmieren e.V. - DVNLP, and Lincensed International Tour Leader from Wojewódzki Urząd Pracy w Katowicach, obtained in 2021, 2016, 2016, 2010, and 2000 respectively.
