Dzmitry Sakalenka

Dzmitry Sakalenka is a Machine Learning Engineer with extensive experience in developing and optimizing predictive models and data pipelines. Currently employed at Skich Store since August 2025, Dzmitry previously worked at HiQo Solutions, Inc., where contributions included creating an energy spending forecasting system and an analytics platform for Current Expected Credit Loss (CECL). Key achievements include engineering automated data pipelines and optimizing CECL forecasting processing for over 30,000 loans per run. Earlier experience includes roles at IBA Group, focusing on recruitment process applications and drug delivery systems, as well as at Menu.by and MTBank, where efforts enhanced recommendation systems and credit scoring models. Dzmitry holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Belarusian State University, completed in 2020.
