Umama Rahman khan

Umama Rahman Khan has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Umama currently works at Skill Quotient as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for the APAC region. Prior to this, they were employed at Supertal as a Consultant/Team Lead and later as a Talent Partner. At Supertal, they were responsible for building IT teams across Southeast Asia and reporting to India. Umama 'sroles and responsibilities included conducting end-to-end recruitment processes and matching candidates with job requirements from various clients. Before joining Supertal, Umama worked as a Recruiter at ZUNOKS Consulting from March 2019 to October 2021.

Umama Rahman Khan completed their primary and secondary education at Scholastica, where they obtained O'levels and A'levels in Business/Commerce. From 2014 to 2018, they attended North South University and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management and Marketing. In October 2018, they obtained the Fundamentals of Digital Marketing certification from Google, as well as a Certificate of training in MS EXCEL from North South University. Additionally, in the same month, they acquired the Google Analytics certification from Google.
