Megan Williams

Megan Williams has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Megan began their career in 2010 as a Public Relations Intern with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra. In 2012, they worked as a Data Analyst at the Telecommunications Development Corp. Megan then joined the DC Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) in 2013, where they held multiple roles over the years. Megan started as a State Complaints Investigator and later became a Program Analyst. From 2016 to 2022, Megan served as an Education Program Specialist, managing cross-agency collaboration and designing web-based applications for special education performance reports. Megan then transitioned to the role of Contract Administrator until 2023 and currently holds the position of Manager, Office of Federal Programs and Strategic Funding at OSSE. In 2021, Megan joined Stella's Girls, Inc as a Content Manager, overseeing newsletter and blog development and creating informational resources on global issues impacting young girls and women. Megan is also currently working as an IBM SkillsBuild Content Project Manager at Skill-Up Technologies since 2022.

Megan Williams holds a Master of Legal Studies degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. Megan also completed a certification in Strategic Management from Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies. In 2007, they began their undergraduate studies at Georgia State University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism, with a minor in Sociology, in 2010.

In addition to their academic achievements, Megan has obtained several certifications. Megan earned a certification in Project Management Fundamentals from IBM in July 2022. Megan also obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in July 2022. Megan further acquired the Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google Analytics in May 2022. Lastly, they hold a Notary Public certification from the State of Maryland, although the month and year of obtaining this certification are not specified.
