Arthur "Kenny" Kant has extensive experience in network engineering and technology management. Arthur "Kenny" is currently working as a Site Reliability Engineer at Skillable since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Powerhouse Management as a Senior Network Engineer from February 2018 to October 2022. During their time there, they led and managed the refresh build-out of network infrastructure and supported a global network infrastructure across multiple data center locations. Arthur "Kenny" also designed and implemented remote access VPN technologies and implemented DCIM software for technology management.

Before joining Powerhouse Management, Kant worked at Data Foundry as a Network Engineer from July 2014 to February 2017. In this role, they designed, implemented, and supported critical backbone and edge networking for the data center and its customers. Arthur "Kenny" played a key role in implementing Layer 2 site services between data centers using MPLS and was regarded as a thought leader for network design and direction.

Prior to that, Kant served in multiple Network Engineering roles at Prairie iNet from August 2011 to July 2014. Arthur "Kenny" provided network engineering design, support, and maintenance for the company's mid-west division, working with various vendor networking technologies.

Kant also gained experience as a Network Engineer at Sitel from May 2011 to August 2011, and as a Network Engineer at Turner Technology from November 2005 to May 2011. At Turner Technology, they were a member of the networking team and led installation projects involving Cisco networking technologies.

Earlier in their career, Kant served as an Information Technology Manager at Ponca Tribe of Nebraska from October 2002 to October 2005. Arthur "Kenny" was responsible for managing and implementing technology resources and projects, including migrating office sites to a VPN solution and implementing an office-wide Active Directory infrastructure.

Kant began their career as a Network Support Tech at Isco, Inc. in January 2002 before transitioning to other roles later that year.

Arthur "Kenny" Kant received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Information Systems from Doane University, where they attended from 1998 to 2002. In terms of additional certifications, Kenny obtained the Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification from Microsoft in January 2001. Arthur "Kenny" later became a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) in both 2011 and 2017, earning the certification from Cisco. Additionally, in December 2014, Kenny obtained the Brocade Certified vRouter Engineer (BCVRE) certification from Brocade.
