Eric Hamilton-Smith is a Senior Policy Analyst at Skilled Trades Ontario, with a focus on analyzing legislative and regulatory issues pertaining to the regulation of trades and providing evidence-based policy advice. Previous experience includes a role as a Policy Analyst in the Strategic Policy and Research Branch at Human Resources and Skills Development Canada, where labor market policy research and analysis were conducted. Eric holds a Master's degree in Public Policy with a concentration in labor market policy from Simon Fraser University, and a BA in Political Studies, Public Policy and Administration, and Philosophy from Bishop's University. Eric also completed a diploma in General Arts & Sciences at Humber College and participated in an Introduction to User Experience (UX) Design course at the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies.
