Subhendu Panigrahi started their work experience in 2006 as a Sub-Head at Robotix, an organized competition by a group of students from IIT-Kharagpur. Subhendu then worked as a Coordinator at Entrepreneurship Cell from 2006 to 2010. In 2007, they interned at Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow where they worked on a project assessing the market penetration of processed and packaged foods in rural India. In 2008, they interned at Technical University of Denmark, working on a project related to quality loss and shelf life during temperature-controlled food distribution. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Shelf Life Engineer at Infratab Inc, focusing on RFID EPC hardware and software for tracking perishable goods. In 2011, they became a Startup Curator at Innovation Angels. Since 2014, they have been the Co-Founder and CEO of Skillenza, a challenge and peer learning platform for companies to discover talent and improve the hiring process.

Subhendu Panigrahi has a strong educational background, starting with their high school education at Madnawati Public School from 1990 to 2001. During this time, they focused on subjects such as social sciences and mathematics.

After completing high school, Subhendu attended Gangadhar Meher Junior College from 2001 to 2003, where they continued their studies and developed an interest in physics, chemistry, mathematics, and biology.

Subhendu then pursued higher education at the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, from 2005 to 2010. There, they obtained a Dual Degree in Agricultural and Food Engineering.

With this chronological education history, Subhendu Panigrahi demonstrates a comprehensive academic foundation in diverse fields including social sciences, mathematics, physics, chemistry, and biology.
