Jennifer has also gained experience in brand strategy as a Marketing Consultant at Microsoft and held various marketing roles at Far Bank Enterprises, Buck Knives, Zak Designs, The Marketing Department, and EDC - Engineering Design Consultants. Throughout their career, Jennifer has consistently achieved impressive results, such as growing existing customer base revenue by over 35% YoY while maintaining a high retention rate.

Jennifer Gish-Raphael obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing & Communications from the University of Idaho, graduating in 2001. Jennifer also holds a certification in Foundations in Customer Education, which they obtained from Skilljar in October 2021.
