Charris Lappas

Charris Lappas has extensive experience in information security and data protection, currently serving as the Head of Information Security and Governance - Group DPO at SkillOnNet since March 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing the implementation of the Information Security and Governance program and advising the Board of Directors on policy development. Prior to this role, Charris was the Head of Data Protection at RCB BANK LTD, where a focus was placed on aligning IT systems with business requirements and enhancing service delivery. Additional experience includes positions as Data Protection Manager at Medochemie Ltd and System/Network/Security Administrator, along with an early role as IT Manager at Phil Andreou Group Ltd. Charris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems and Services from the University of Arizona.
