Liam Shearsby Mrics

Liam Shearsby MRICS is an experienced project manager currently serving at Amicus Property Consultants Limited since May 2024. Previously, Liam held project manager roles at Skills Development Scotland from November 2021 to May 2024 and at RBH as a capital projects manager, overseeing the delivery of capital projects across a diverse hotel portfolio from December 2017 to November 2021. With a background as a chartered building surveyor at GLM Building Surveyors and the National Trust for Scotland, Liam has extensive experience in building conservation and management of significant heritage assets in Greater Glasgow and the Clyde Valley. Liam's early career included roles at Hardies Property & Construction Consultants and the Dean Park Hotel. Liam holds a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from Edinburgh Napier University.
