Patrick Watt

Patrick Watt is currently serving as the Head of Evaluation & Research at Skills Development Scotland, a position Patrick previously held from November 2009 to September 2018. Prior to this, Patrick was on secondment at The Scottish Government. Patrick has a background in labour economics, urban and regional planning, and mathematics & statistics. With experience at various organizations such as Scottish Enterprise and Hall Aitken, Patrick has a wealth of knowledge in economic development and research.
