Jamie Turner

Jamie Turner is an experienced organizational change management professional currently serving as the Organizational Change Management Lead for Digital & IT at Skillsoft. Prior to this role, Jamie spent over eight years at Dell Technologies in various positions, including Career Development Strategy Consultant, where responsibilities included designing talent solutions and successfully implementing initiatives like the Workday Career Hub. Jamie also led the Talent Marketplace Program, promoting gig adoption, and developed change management strategies for significant company-wide initiatives. Jamie has a strong background in diversity, equity, and inclusion, along with a history of consulting on talent management strategies aimed at maturing leadership pipelines. Jamie holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Baylor University.
