Melissa Shapiro

Melissa Shapiro, ACC, serves as the Coach Operations Director at Skillsoft since May 2022, overseeing coaching operations and leading a community of over 450 global coaches in corporate digital learning. Previously, Melissa held roles at Amazon as a Creative Recruiter and Coach, supporting creative professionals in their recruitment journey, and at Thinkful as a Senior Career Coach, where workshops and one-on-one coaching were provided for career development. Additional experience includes working as a Career Coach at CareerFoundry, collaborating with employer partners, and serving as a B2B Career Program Manager at 2U, enhancing adult learners' career transitions. Melissa started a career in the bootcamp space as an Advisor at General Assembly, focusing on talent recruitment and student onboarding.
