Kieran Bates

Kieran Bates has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Starting in 2012 at MAHLE as a Computer Aided Design specialist, they then moved on to McDonald's as a Crew Member. Their career progressed at Unilever, where they worked as a Research and Development Scientist on significant projects. Later, Kieran joined Reckitt in roles of increasing responsibility before landing at HelloFresh as an Associate Director of Product Improvement. Kieran is currently serving as the Head of Operations at Skin + Me.

Kieran Bates pursued a Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Chemistry in Industry at Wirral Metropolitan College from 2015 to 2016. Following this, Kieran obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Chemistry from the University of Liverpool between 2016 and 2019.
