Brecke Dowling BS, RT(R)(T)

Brecke Dowling has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 1991, they worked as a Sales & Marketing Director for The Siena Hotel, Autograph Collection, where they were responsible for sales growth and implementing procedural changes. In 1998, they became a Senior Sales Manager at Genesys Conferencing, leading a team of sales executives and consistently achieving top sales performance. From 2006 to 2010, they owned and served as a Home Healthcare Provider at Boulder Eldercare Services. In 2011, they transitioned to the healthcare industry as a Radiation Therapist - Oncology at UCHealth, where they administered radiation therapy and took on various leadership roles and educational programs. In 2021, they briefly worked as a Sales Manager at Atom Physics, selling X-Ray equipment and serving as a provisional state X-Ray inspector. Most recently, since 2023, they have been working as a Radiation Therapist (and Sales Representative) at SkinCure Oncology.

Brecke Dowling obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Purdue University between 1986 and 1990. In 2010, they pursued a Certification in Radiation Therapy at Washburn University, specializing in Radiation Oncology. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2010, Dowling attended Pima Medical Institute-Denver, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Radiology. In terms of high school education, Dowling attended Thomas Worthington High School from 1982 to 1986.

Additionally, Dowling has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Brecke completed the Aspiring Leaders Program at UCHealth in December 2019, became a Colorado Health Insurance Agent Producer License holder with the Colorado State Department of Regulatory Agencies in October 2019, and completed Coaching Graduate Courses 1-3 at UCHealth in September 2019. Other certifications include becoming a Palliative Care Champion at UCHealth in July 2019, graduating from the Graduate Leadership Fort Collins program offered by the Fort Collins Area Chamber of Commerce in May 2019, and completing several courses on LinkedIn related to leadership development, resilience, service culture, critical thinking, design thinking, feedback, emotional intelligence, mentoring, work dynamics, thought leadership, employee motivation and engagement, and leading women in leadership. Brecke also holds the Greenbelt LEAN Process Improvement Program Certification from UCHealth, obtained in November 2015.
