Louise Houbak-Jensen

Louise Houbak-Jensen has extensive work experience in shipping, forwarding, and project management. Louise is currently the Head of Shipping at SKIOLD Group, where they handle freight agreements, freight optimization, and general order handling. Prior to that, they worked as a Forwarder and Sales Backup at SKIOLD Group and was responsible for project management and forwarding of all projects from SKIOLD A/S in Sæby. Louise also worked as a Service Coordinator at Coba Ovne A/S (UNOX Danmark) and as a Forwarder and Shipping Trainee at MAN Diesel & Turbo. Louise started their career as an Assistant at Salling and Franks Restaurant Sæby and later worked as an Assistant at Mix Rortunet, Slemmestad.

Louise Houbak-Jensen has a diverse education history spanning from 2006 to 2022. Louise'seducational journey began at Asker Videregående Skole, where they pursued a student degree with a focus on the Samfundsfaglig retning from 2006 to 2009. Moving forward, they attended Aalborg University from 2010 to 2011 and earned a Bachelor's degree in sociology. In 2012, they further expanded their education by pursuing various courses. Louise enrolled at Aalborg Handelsskole and completed HGS, studying Economics, among other subjects. Additionally, Louise also attended the University of Cambridge in 2012 and achieved a certification in Level 2 ESOL International Business English. Louise then joined Århus Købmandsskole from 2012 to 2014 for a speditøruddannelse (expedition) degree. In the same period, they also studied supply chain at mommark handelskostskole, taking akademifag courses. Continuing their academic journey, Louise pursued two additional leadership-focused programs at the University College of Northern Denmark. In 2021, they completed the Akademiuddannelse i ledelse program, specializing in Ledelse i Praksis (Leadership in Practice). Finally, in 2022, they concluded another program at the University College of Northern Denmark, earning an Akademiuddannelse i ledelse degree with a focus on Organisation og arbejdspsykologi (Organization and Work Psychology).
