Maduki Nanayakkara

Maduki Nanayakkara is a dedicated Care Manager at SKIP of NY since October 2022, providing ongoing service coordination and advocacy for families accessing services for their children. Previously, Maduki served as a Baby Room Practitioner at Hatching Dragon and a Graduate Lead Teacher at Cute Kids Montessori Nursery School, where responsibilities included supervising children, developing lesson plans, and maintaining open communication with parents. Experience also includes tutoring at Explore Learning, counseling at the Institute of Mental Health in Sri Lanka, and working as a Support Worker and Special Education Teacher. Maduki holds a Master's in Management in Health & Social Care from Oxford Brookes University, a Bachelor's in Psychology from Cardiff Metropolitan University, and a Diploma in Early Childhood Development Education.
