Jo Heron

Jo Heron has extensive experience in information security and operational resilience, currently serving as the Head of Information Security & Operational Resilience at Skipton Building Society since March 2011. This role involves managing four first line teams, including Operational Resilience and IT Governance. Previously, Jo held positions as Security & Governance Manager and Information Governance Manager within the same organization, alongside roles at KPMG and Ernst & Young focused on information risk management and audit. Jo's academic background includes a BSc in Psychology from Durham University and an MSc in IT Security with Distinction from the University of Westminster.
