Rico Drake

Rico Drake is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training, development, and education. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Training and Development at Skjodt-Barrett Foods Inc since July 2016, Rico oversees training systems, employee development, and a team that supports over 500 employees, ensuring high-quality food production to meet customer needs. Additionally, as a small business owner at Drake Consulting Services, LLC since June 2015, Rico provides consulting in education and training for large corporations. Rico has also contributed to academia as an Assistant Professor in Counselor Education at Central Michigan University from August 2011 to December 2014, where responsibilities included coordinating the counselor education unit. Rico holds a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology, a Master’s Degree in Counseling and Guidance, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.
