Sarah Langmaid Glickman has extensive experience in the food industry, with a focus on product development and research. Sarah is currently serving as the Director of Product Development at Skjodt-Barrett Foods Inc. Prior to their current role, Sarah held the position of Director of Product Development at Fluent Beverages, where they also served as a Product Development Manager. Before joining Fluent Beverages, they worked at PepsiCo as a Regulatory Affairs Manager, an R&D Manager, and an R&D Project Manager. Sarah also has experience as a Project Manager in Product Development at Guelph Food Technology Centre and as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Department of Business, University of Guelph. Sarah has further research experience as a Research Associate at CoaGel Corp./University of Guelph Food Science Department and as a Research Assistant in Food Science at the University of Guelph.

Sarah Langmaid Glickman obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Biological and Food Sciences from the University of Guelph between 2003 and 2007. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Nutritional and Nutraceutical Sciences from the same institution, completing it from 2008 to 2010.
