Fran Malkin

Fran Malkin is currently the Vice President of Education Development at SKNV and Sincerus Pharmaceuticals Inc. Prior to this role, Fran held the title of Assistant Professor & Spanish Education Coordinator at SUNY College at Old Westbury. Fran holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Bilingual Education from New York University, a Master's degree in Secondary Education with a Specialty in the Teaching of Spanish from Teachers College, Columbia University, and completed their undergraduate studies at Union College.
