The Customer Accounts Specialist serves as the subject matter expert for front-line customer service staff and management, offering expertise on RecTrac and addressing customer account challenges. Levin manages account receivable duties, ensuring accurate billing for assigned programs, and facilitating smooth financial transactions for park district activities. Additionally, Levin plays a key role in improving customer satisfaction by swiftly resolving account inquiries and billing concerns, contributing to the overall success of the park district’s recreational programs and services.

Beyond her role as a Customer Accounts Specialist, Levin enjoys expressing her creativity through crafting and jewelry making, often accompanied by the lively beats of hip hop. She also finds joy in thrift shopping and proudly supports her favorite team, the Chicago Bears.
