Sandra Tolstova

Sandra Tolstova has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Head of HR at Skonto Prefab since September 2014. Prior to this role, Sandra was HR Manager at Baltic Logistic Solutions from January 2011 to September 2014 and held the position of HR Senior Specialist at Sanitex Baltic Distribution from November 2005 to January 2011. Sandra began their career as an Office Administrator at Emblēmu Paklāju Serviss, where employment lasted from September 2003 to November 2005. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Total Quality Management obtained from Riga Technical University between 2010 and 2012, and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Riga Technical University completed in 2009.
