Morell Marie

Morell Marie is an experienced professional in the fields of healthcare and digital infrastructure, currently serving as a member of the government's council for digital infrastructure in healthcare at Regeringskansliet since February 2024. Additionally, Morell has held various leadership roles at Region Östergötland since January 1999, including chair of the regional council and opposition councillor. As vice chair of the Healthcare Delegation at Sveriges Kommuner och Regioner since March 2019, Morell also leads the steering group for East Sweden Medtech and has been involved with SOS Alarm and Skandionkliniken in board positions. Morell's educational background includes studies at Linköping University and Bergska skolan, with a degree in economics. Previous contributions include work with Socialstyrelsen, Inera AB, and the Polismyndigheten.
