Giovanni Serrini

Giovanni Serrini has been with Skretting Italia SpA since 1995, progressing from Technical Advisor to General Manager, a position held since 1997. In this role, Giovanni oversees the fish nutrition operations in Italy, with responsibilities that include P&L management, budget setting, financial oversight, strategic planning, and serving on the company board as well as the Board of ASSALZOO. Giovanni has also previously served as Commercial Director and Export Manager, where responsibilities encompassed sales operations, export sales development in various regions, and technical support. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Agricultural Sciences from the University of Milan and a post-graduate diploma in Aquaculture and Pathology of Freshwater Fishes. Giovanni was also a Visiting Scientist at Mississippi State University from 1994 to 1995.
