Benjamin Jr. Lava

Benjamin Jr. Lava is an experienced technical facilities management professional with a proven track record in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Technical Facilities Management at SKY Cable Corporation since January 2020, Benjamin oversees a team of engineering and IT supervisors and technicians. Previously, at RBQ Food Concepts Inc. from December 2016 to January 2020, Benjamin functioned as the Technical Head, reporting directly to the Founder and CEO. Benjamin also served as Chief Engineer at Ayala Property Management Corporation from June 2014 to December 2016, where responsibilities included implementing a PhP 327M CapEx project for a premier residential building, and as Building Engineer, managing day-to-day operations. Earlier experience includes an internship at Shell Oil Company, where assistance was provided to production and blending operations. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from De La Salle University.
