Zach Dillon has a diverse work experience. Zach started their career as a Safety Co-op at The Dannon Company in 2012, where they worked in the safety department. In 2013, they worked as a Utilities Co-op in the utilities department at the same company.

In 2014, Zach joined Greene Tool Systems Inc as a Research and Development Engineer, where they were responsible for learning how to use various tool measurement machines and implementing them into the tool-making process.

Later in 2014, they joined Shapeways as a 3D Printing Engineer. Over the years, they took on various roles within the company, including Industrial Engineer, Research and Development Engineer, Strategic Account Sales Engineer, and User Application Team Lead.

Zach's most recent work experience was as a Materials Engineer at Sky Castle Studios, starting in 2023.

Zach Dillon completed their Bachelor's degree in Global Manufacturing Systems Engineering Technology from the University of Dayton, where they attended from 2009 to 2014. During the same year they started their degree at the University, they also briefly attended Sinclair Community College to study Automation and Controls in the field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Zach obtained a certification in Javascript Development from General Assembly in March 2018.
