Lauren Grant

Lauren Grant is an experienced Customer Experience Journey Manager at Sky, with a career spanning over a decade at the company. Responsibilities have included leading various teams, such as the Customer Priority Team, Messaging Team, and Customer Service Team, alongside participation in a Team Leader Development programme within Sky Ireland. Prior to Sky, Lauren served as a Customer Assistant at Boots, focusing on face-to-face customer service and achieving sales targets. Recently, Lauren completed a Professional Certificate in Customer Experience from The CX Academy and holds a Bachelor's degree in History and Irish from St. Patrick's College Drumcondra.
