Sukhi Duley

Sukhi Duley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in programme and change delivery, currently serving as Head of Programme & Change Delivery for Sky Connect since October 2019. Prior to this, Sukhi held various significant roles, including Principal Analyst at Sky, where management of a diverse team was crucial for delivering analysis on Global OTT projects. Previous positions include Senior Business Analyst and Business Analyst at NOW TV, and a series of roles at Sainsbury's, including Senior Business Analyst and Oracle Applications Project Manager, where major HR and payroll system transformations were executed. Earlier career stages featured leadership positions at Accenture, Oracle Corporation, ICL Fujitsu, and SAP, showcasing strong expertise in project management, operational analysis, and customer support within the technology and retail sectors. Sukhi holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Information Technology from Kingston University.
