Brian Fox

Brian Fox has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Brian currently works at Sky New Zealand as the Head of Strategy, responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the company. Prior to this, they held roles such as Head of New Business Initiatives and Strategic Consultant at the same company.

Before joining Sky New Zealand, Brian worked as the Head of Business Development at 2degrees NZ Ltd, where they were responsible for driving business growth and development.

Brian also has significant experience in the telecommunications industry, having worked at Verizon as the Head of Partnerships for OTT Video platforms. During their time at Verizon, they played a key role in developing the overall strategy, managing operations, content acquisition, and sales. Brian saw significant audience growth, increased revenues, and decreased costs.

Prior to Verizon, Brian worked at Intel Corporation as the Group Counsel for Intel Media / OnCue. Brian was part of the executive management team and led negotiations while providing general oversight and commercial expertise.

Brian began their legal career at Latham & Watkins as an Associate in the Corporate Department.

Brian Fox attended Duke University from 1992 to 1996 where they received a B.A. degree in Psychology and Sociology. Brian then pursued a J.D. degree in Law at The University of Texas School of Law from 1999 to 2002.
