Zackary Durant

Zackary Durant has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as a Receiving Associate/ Team Lead at Sears Holdings Corporation from June 2007 to January 2015. Zackary then transitioned to working as a Security Specialist at AlliedBarton Security Services from March 2011 to January 2015, where they provided security services, monitored property using surveillance equipment, and ensured equipment functionality.

In 2015, Zackary joined SkyBitz as a Technical Support Specialist. Zackary responded to technical troubleshooting calls, resolved customer issues, and achieved a high resolution rate. From June 2017 to May 2021, they served as a Tier II Technical Support Specialist, managing a team of technical support representatives and developing customer accounts. During this time, they significantly increased customer satisfaction rates. Since May 2021, Zackary has been the Application Support Team Lead at SkyBitz, leading a team of 10 technical support representatives in a 24/7 call center and communicating with key stakeholders to strategize customer service and product development enhancements.

Zackary Durant completed their education at two different institutions. From 2018 to 2020, they attended York Technical College, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in the field of Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Prior to that, they studied at Central Carolina Technical College from 2006 to 2008, focusing on Computer Technology and Computer Systems Technology, although they did not earn a degree during that time.

In addition to their formal education, Zackary has also obtained several certifications.
