Shantanu Srivastava

Shantanu Srivastava has an extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Shantanu currently serves as the Vice President for Asia Pacific Japan at Skybox Security, where they are responsible for new business, renewals, channels, and customer success. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President Sales for Asia Pacific Japan at BlackBerry from 2018 to 2019.

In 2016, Shantanu worked as the Senior Vice President and General Manager for International Growth Markets at Paxata, where they were responsible for building the business in APJ and MEA regions. Shantanu'stasks included establishing a direct sales and services organization and managing strategic customers and master distributors in Japan and Korea.

Before joining Paxata, Shantanu spent several years at MicroStrategy, serving as the Senior Vice President for Asia Pacific Japan and later as the Vice President for Asia and ASEAN regions. Shantanu also worked at IBM as the General Manager for Business Analytics in ASEAN and as the Cognos Regional Vice President for Greater China and Korea.

Shantanu'scareer began at Reuters, where they worked as a National Account Manager and later as a Product Manager for Retail Financial Solutions in Asia Pacific Japan. Shantanu also gained experience at Hyperion Solutions Corporation as a Regional Sales Manager in ASEAN and India. Lastly, they worked at Ramco Systems as a Senior Account Manager.

Throughout their career, Shantanu has demonstrated their leadership skills in managing teams, building business strategies, and driving sales growth. Shantanu has successfully handled responsibilities such as integration of acquisitions, managing strategic partnerships, and establishing strong customer relationships.

Shantanu Srivastava attended St. Xavier's College from 1990 to 1993, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics. Shantanu then enrolled at SDA Bocconi in 1993 and completed the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program the following year, with a focus on Information Systems.
